Puppy Introduction
I can offer a puppy introduction first which can be a bath and blow-dry to get them used to the process. However if you just wanted your puppy to have a feel for the environment and an introduction with me only then that can be arranged.

Dog Walking
I do offer dog walking on the side of my grooming, I do offer a discount with dog walking if you book an appointment with me either a full groom or a bath and fluff dry.

Fleas/Matting
I charge extra if I notice any fleas on your dog, this will be the cost of flea treatment and a flea bomb if necessary. I also have a de-matting policy so I charge extra due to extra time on the groom as it is a very labour intensive process. I also make sure a form is filled out and I have your permission to shave the coat and get it back to normal.
